Dr. Anupama Subin is an educator, mentor, and career counsellor with over a decade of experience spanning industry, academia, research, and global education. Holding a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Power Electronics and Drives, she began her career as an engineer in the Oil & Gas industry before transitioning into higher education as an Assistant Professor, researcher, and mentor.

Over the years, she has worked extensively with students ranging from middle school learners to postgraduate scholars. As a mathematics educator and mentor in the global education sector, she has accumulated more than 12,000+ hours of student and parent interactions, guiding learners across India, the Middle East, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong. Through these experiences, she has witnessed firsthand how confidence, self-awareness, and the right guidance can transform a students academic and career journey.

Her journey revealed a recurring challenge: many students limit their aspirations not because of a lack of ability, but because of fear, self-doubt, limited awareness, or the absence of proper guidance. Having worked closely with students across different age groups, she has seen how fear of subjects such as mathematics can gradually influence academic choices and restrict career possibilities.

Driven by a passion for helping students unlock their potential, Dr. Anupama expanded her focus from academic mentoring to career literacy and student empowerment. She believes that meaningful career decisions begin with understanding a students strengths, interests, aptitude, personality, and aspirations rather than following trends or societal expectations.

Today, she combines AI-integrated psychometric assessments with personalized career counselling to help students and parents gain clarity, confidence, and direction.
